OK but I do not have this option at present so I would appreciate if you
or someone could explain how I can set up Distiller to work with QB.

Why do you keep saying Distiller? Use Adobe Acrobat!

You're not going to get Distiller to work with QuickBooks because
QuickBooks doesn't use Postscript files.

Distiller is a part of Adobe Acrobat. When you install it,
it inserts Abobe Acrobat distiller. (Appanrently for some
pages on the web you need distiller to produce a PDF file.)

I thought Distiller is only for printing postscript files.
