Call Intuit. Don't blame the bookkeeper as this has long been an
advertised function of QB for Mac.
I have no faith in the function, as my experience is that of file
corruption, in earlier Mac versions anyway.
There's no good reason for the problem to still exist but only Intuit
can confirm.
