Can the Pro version of QuickBooks (2007) track equipment depreciation, or do
I need Premier?

You need the accountants edition.

Is that right? So only the Accountants edition does this (not the
Contractors or Manufacturers) ? Seems like that feature would be useful for
other versions as well.

If so, I guess that's what I'll go with.
