Trial Balance Levels

As in Account A has sub- accounts A & B, sub-account A has sub-account z. When producing a trial balance I would like it to show the first two levels only. But I can only summarize by the first level or third level. How do I produce a trial balance that only shows Level 1 and Level 2? Thank you! The only way I can think of is to design a financial statement that accomplishes this task. You will need a third party financial statement report writer to do this in the Pro version.
