Unable to email invoices in qb2007 running on vista

I just got a new laptop running vista sp1 64-bit. qb installed great,
and everything seems to work fine except i cannot email invoices to my
customers. There is no error message, it just keeps trying to send,
but never does anything. Please help!

Emailing QuickBooks documents - Receipt confirmation

Infonics, Inc, a Schaumburg, IL USA based company (www.infonics.com)
has released 2.0 version of its web hosted service InLattice
(www.inlattice.com).

Inlattice subscribers can now create invoice on the web or import it
from QuickBooks and send it to their customers. Customer will receive
an email alert. When customer views the invoice through the email link
time stamp will be recorded.

Vendors can confirm the invoice has been received by the customer by
looking at invoice status, invoice history.

InLattice can also be used to distribute Purchase Order and Payment
data, and receive vendor invoices and post it to QuickBooks.
