I am running QB Enterprise Edition 6.0 on a Terminal Server so sales people
(scattered around the state) can access it.
We keep books for a couple of different companies & I am experiencing a
problem with one user.
He can log into other company's books, but when logging into the one he
needs to, he gets the following:
Quickbooks - Unrecoverable Error
Quickbooks as experienced a problem and must be shut down.....
<blah, blah, blah>
Code: 16439 30111
No one else is having problems.
We deleted his account in QB & re-created, as well as his profile in Windows
Any suggestions?
