I decided to upgrade to QB2007 Premier. It downloaded most
of it, stopped at 99%. Error message now says there is a
network connection problem and the download manager won't
let me connect. I have no problem accessing e-mail and other
internet sites. The receipt says I can download again up to
3 years by accessing "my account" but where is the site that
contains "my account". Another Intuit mess.

Try http://www.intuit.com/. There are links to "My Account" and "My
Download" in the upper right hand corner. Hopefully that will work.

Do you have your A/V and firewall programs turned off? Those can cause
connectivity problems.

The 60 minute download actually takes more than twice as
long. I downloaded a 2nd time and it completed. Now I'm a
little apprehensive. I notice the Premier Manufacturing
version says "Manufacturing and Wholesale". I sure hope it
still does retail. I backed up my files from the old version
and will now copy them to my Flash drive. This new version
seems to have a mind of its own and copied the download onto
my backup drive without giving me a choice of where to put
it. It'll be interesting to see where it attempts to
install. I'm sure I'm in for an adventure over the next few
days.
