Do you have a USB flash drive? Just copy the *.qbw files from the desktop to
your laptop and open the file in the appropriate version of QB. If the file
is too big for your flash drive then make a backup of the company file and
copy the *.qbb files to the laptop. Then just use the restore function to
bring the data into Quickbooks.
