Warning Box on Starting QB Accountant 2005 channel 2007 07-31-2007

 Although I have set the payroll pref to no payroll, every time I start
QB, a warning box appears saying "The payroll tax table is out of
date......."
Any ideas how to turn this off please!

        Intuit does these things to make enemies out of their loyal
customers. When the customer finally hates Intuit, these
messages seem to disappear on their own.
