Form does not identify on opening screen, lookup does not show work order, free form space is not adequate. Amount you can enter in field or formating capabilities? Not a problem if you are working with average or better trained staff. Yet when you continually need to restate estimate = work order, well. Then best I can do on description area is a one line field box that seems to limit Max number of characters. Nice if could go into billing select work order from drop down and there was a large text box in center where info on type of issue could be entered.
