I want to email invoices to a customer. Simple enough. But then I find out I
have to subscribe to Quickbooks Business Services. I spent two hours this
afternoon trying to figure out what service I need to subscribe to and where
to go to accomplish this task. Is the administrator the only one able to do
this? Can anyone help with this? Why do they make this so difficult? Because
its a free service? Was that too many questions? -Allen Thompson

What version of QB do you have? It sounds like you may have an old
version of QB? You should just be able to click on the email icon
(looks like a envelope with an arrow on it) up by the previous/next
and print buttons on the top of the invoice.

Let see -

E-mailing: Get a program that will allow you to create .pdf documents.
You can get free ones, just search. "Print" your documents to the .pdf
program and attach them to the e-mail. Ta-daa! You're done. (And you
now have a program that you can use with many different applications -
cool, huh?)

Administrator: Anyone who has the authority to print invoices can do
this.

Can anyone help: Yes

Why do they make it so difficult: Because they can. They're *INTUIT*
dammit - how DARE you question them?

Because it's a free service?: *Snort* Riiiiight. TANSTAAFL

Was that too many questons?: We're sorry, but this question has
exceeded the number allowed in a single post. Please edit your post to
contain fewer questions, or break up the number of questions into
multiple posts. Also, have you backed up recently? You can lose data,
you know. ;-)
