Guys I have been looking to see is there is a straight forward way in
which I can e-mail all active customers with a standard message. They
all have e-mail address in QB I'm using QB regular 2006.

Very many thanks for any assistance.

Cheers

Richard

My 2008 Premier lets me do that without the contact manager.

Gary, Thanks. Also thanks to Ron for his posting. What is the Contact
Manager please? Is this a QB add-on? I do not use Outlook Express as
my e-mail client. I use Turnpike, however I suppose I could use
Outlook if this is the only way of being able to do the task<G>

Cheers
