You can use the third party, web based software like InLattice
(www.inlattice.net) to send invoices to your customers, with a click
of a mouse. When customer opens/prints the invoice, the status gets
changed to Viewed. You can also look at the history of the document to
know the exact date and time the invoice was opened.
InLattice can also be used to send the same invoices to factoring
companies, collection agencies.
You can use the InLattice Vendor Portal to provide the same feature to
your vendors!! Vendor invoices can be approved online and posted to
QuickBooks. Any discrepencies can be resolved online. Vendors know
when the invoice status at any time.
