I have seen posted elsewhere that it is possible to use the original CD to
reinstall the program even when software updates are not available. The
trick is to make a copy of the original QB folder, install the software to a
new folder and then replace the newly installed files with the old files.
The theory here is that the new install process updates the registry to
point to the new location and replacing the files brings them up to date.
BTW, you don't need to apply the updates one at a time. Intuit updates are
usually cumulative so installing the latest update should be all you need to
do.
