QB 2006 Preimere
Trying to import customers (just exported) into a new file and after
if brings in 21 entires it complains
"Cannot Import. Not enought disk space or too many records exist."
There is 60+Gb free, so that isn't it. And too many records it
shouldn't be coming out of QB! (Unless .IIF's have a lower limit than
the program.)
.IIF below. I dropped several lines (periods) but it the last line it
accepts is just before the last line.

The message 'not enough disk space' usually means your list is
'full'. In other words, you've reached the max capacity of the names/
customer list, which I think is 14,000 names, or 14,500 names.
