From what I have read about QB 2004 on this group it would seem I haven't a
hope in hell of getting 2002 working. can someone confirm this is the case?

TIA

Jon

Have you purchased Vista yet? I keep hearing that it is not quite a
working O/S yet.

You can create a short cut and then set the properties of the short cut
to be compatible with old Windows--that is, always start up with the
short cut. It can't be that bad, even if you are running it off a server
using Vista.

Micros~1 has sold 55 million copies of Vista. The people who've had problems
usually fall into one of the following groups.

1. Their existing hardware is not powerful enough or they have devices for
which Vista drivers do not exist (old printers, scanners, etc.).

2. Those that do not like new things.

3. Those that are irritated at the new security features.

4. MSanthropes.

Thanks all but I am still not clear whether 2002 pro can be made to run on
Vista.
