I had a program for budgeting a while back that I would like to find
again. The feature that did it for me was that it had a bar graph
along the bottom of the screen that allowed you to see how things
were
going- both now and projected into the future-interactively adjusting
as you entered transactions or adjusted categorey budget totals. This
was ideal in that it was great for complicated cash flow expenses/
categories and I could see how adjustments would play out on the
fly...

The software came preinstalled on a windows 98 hp computer I bought
and for the life of me I can't find it or remember. I'm pretty sure
it
was a major author though...

Any one know what this was from this vauge discription- or something
that has this feature now a days?

Can we assume that since you are posting on a QuickBooks forum you are
looking for the name Quicken?
