Please log in for more thread options One way would be to memorize a report on cleared items, which would show you
dates of items cleared for a certain period - just go to the last entries &
verify the date, should let you know when the last reconciliation was for.
I'd set it up as follows: Highlight any bank account in the chart of
accounts, select Reports / Quick Report. Select Modify Report / Filters.
Under the Account filter choose All bank accounts from the drop-down list.
Under the Cleared filter choose Yes. I'd also pare down some items from the
Display tab to clear out any columns you don't need to see (leave the date
for sure).
This will give you a list of all cleared items by bank account & then date -
just look at the last cleared items in each account & you should be able to
determine the last reconciliation date. You can also adjust the Dates from
All to something more manageable such as current year or whatever works for
you. Don't forget to Memorize the report once you've tweaked it to your
needs. Then you can run it anytime you want to check for recs, again
adjusting the dates if needed.
