I can't find a way to setup a brokerage account and record stock
transactions. Isn't this available in Quickbooks? I am a full time trading
business and really need this ability.

I don't believe that Quickbooks supports this but Quicken does.

I know QB does not have this feature, never did. Quicken Premier 2008 is the
version you require if you need to track trades and investments..

And depending on the OPs investment tracking needs are the Deluxe version
might work. Both can download brokerage accounts without any problems.

I would start here:

If the only investment is a checking account then yes the deluxe version
will do. However if any securities need to be tracked then steping up the
software food chain. is required.
