terminal server problem

Situation: Quickbooks manufacturing and wholesale edition 2008 on a Windows
Small Business Server 2008
Program bombs in Terminal Server mode but runs fine locally and over the
LAN.
I get "Application error" in TS mode

I did not install the program and I assume that the program was NOT
installed properly for TS;
Two questions:

Will QB un-install cleanly ?
Is this editon of QB known to run well under TS ?

Only Enterprise is certified to run under TS.
