Every QB setup is different so your company file could be anywhere on the
old computer.

You have 2 options:

-set your windows folder options to show hidden files and folder and then do
a search of the hard drive for *.qbw. You'll get lots of files because QB
comes with sample company files. The file extension will be QBW.

-open QB on your old computer and make a backup file (File>>utilities) and
save the file to the desktop or My Documents so that you know exactly where
you saved the file. The file extension will be QBB.

In either case use the USB transfer utility to move the file to the new
computer. If you transfered the back up file then you will need to RESTORE
the file on the new computer. If you transfered the QBW then you only need
to OPEN the file.

Are you aware of the fact that calling Intuit for support costs money?
