Hi, everyone,

I'm using QBW Pro 2007, and I have a part-time employee who gets a
check every week. To pay her I have to go thru the whole process each
time for each check -- selecting the weekly checks from the "start
scheduled payroll" window, selecting this one employee, etc.

Is there a way of printing all of her weekly checks at one time?

thanks

No, I would not take up the group's time that way. I am not joking.
What I am asking is, how can I process the month's checks all at one
time?

thanks

Well at least you narrowed it down to 4 or 5 checks at once instead of 52 or
53.

You still have to do them one at a time. There is no way to do multiple
checks for a single employee.

How are you dealing with hours varying from week to week if you are
processing the checks in advance?

Would it be easier to pay the person every 2 weeks or even monthly?
