Or perhaps the customer did not explain the situation correctly. If only I
were a fly on the wall. I bet I would know the truth.

You can transfer data from the Enterprise files to Pro/Premier files using
the Data Transfer Utility at www.q2q.us Click where it says "Transfer
Enterprise to Pro or Premier".

Thank you very much!! Not sure why Intuit didn't suggest this.
