As usual that messes things up by making new accounts and modifying
existing ones with placeholders and what not. Apparently there is no way
to download only new data?
I will keep doing things in the same way as before, just like Guy. My
balances are probably a bit off because of minor errors, but mostly
because the statements have difficulty in identifying the dividend TIAA
pays. That is "hidden" in the difference between the last value and the
current one. I don't know how often I complained to TIAA about this, and
they keep saying they are in the process of upgrading their systems from
multiple disparate bookkeeping programs.
