I have Quicken 2000 already loaded on my computer and I want to add Quicken
2007. When I try to install 2007 I get a message that says it will delete
the 2000 version. I want to keep both versions because I do the bookkeeping
for someone who uses the 2000 version and they don't want to upgrade.

I tried using separate directories but that doesn't help.

Does anyone know how I can keep 2 different versions on the same computer?

Thanks

If one of the versions is older than Q2006 (as in your case),
you can always let the newer version uninstall the older version
... then reinstall the older version.

But the simplest way is described in this kb article:

Be advised that you can experience some, usually, minor glitches
when two Quicken versions are installed at the same time (which
is why Intuit changed the install procedure to default to
uninstalling older versions).
