Please log in for more thread options I have experienced this problem with Quicken 2007 Premier. To resolve
it I did the following:
Select Reconcile Account. When you try this it will tell you that you
have unaccepted downloaded transactions and you need to accept them
before moving forward. Follow the onscreen prompts and you will likely
see the offending transaction appear. It worked for me on two
occassions.
