I've just been running on Quicken 2007 for a couple days. Initial
"One Steps" as I setup accounts seem to be sometimes successful but
AMEX (I've got a Bluecash card) worked OK for setup and several
downloads for transactions since.

I have an AMEX Green and a "Blue" card. "One Step Update" handles them
without any problems (Q07 & Q08 Deluxe).
