While you may have set the card up for online access with Chase, you must
set up the account within quicken for online access.
Once you do so, the account will appear in the pin vault.
You may do this by:
1) Click on the accounts icon
2) Right click on the account you wish to set up for online access
3) Left click on Edit
4) Click on the Online Services tab.
5) Click on the Activate button
6) Follow the prompts.
