Air Force Credit Union - Web Connect Problem Don in San Antonio 05-19-2007

I've recently upgraded to Quicken 2007 Premier and most of my financial
institutions are working just fine with direct connect or web connect,
with the exception of Air Force Credit Union which worked fine under
Quicken 2005. In my attempts to resolve this problem, I've deactivated
the account but now cannot reactivate it. Here's the error message I
get from Quicken.

"Quicken was unable to setup online services for your accounts due to an
error on the Quicken server. The Quicken team has been notified of this
error and is working to resolve it. Try again later. Your financial
institution cannot resolve this issue. Additional information about
resolving this issue or contacting Quicken Support is available."

I know this is a long shot, but is anyone else able to do a web connect
with Air Force Credit Union? I've been "trying again later" for several
weeks with no change.

Now just to complicate matters, Air Force Credit Union has recently
changed their security setup so that you must use (click on) a displayed
keypad to enter your password instead of a simple text dialog box. This
might be a problem for the Quicken server to replicate. Can anyone
confirm that web connect works with this kind of log in security setup.
Thanks in advance for any help.

I think I've found the answer to some of my questions on the Intuit Help
Site. I'm getting error message [CC-501] and it appears to be pretty
common. I logged onto the AFCU web site and tried to activate from
there, but the same Quicken Server error came up. I'll wait a couple of
weeks and try again.

Got a nice reply from AFCU telling me that the new security system is the
problem. They don't know when the problem will be fixed, but it's nice to
know the problem is not on my end.
