Appending Quicken files to current one? Jim Y. 01-11-2007

I have Quicken Deluxe 2007.

In the past, I have created a year-end copy of my Quicken files and then
started each near year from scratch with a new file. So I have several
Quicken files with data for each calendar year.

For historical purposes, I'd like to see if it is possible to append (or
prepend) those files into my current Quicken file. Is there a file
operation that permits this?

I do know that Quicken does allow you to create a year-end copy, and
then continue using the file with prior year's transactions. I did not
do that, and was wondering if there is a way to go back and get that
information back into the current one.
