If Q2007 works like Q2006, the attachments are in a folder named
"Attach" in the same folder as your Quicken data fileset. If
your backup media doesn't have sufficient space for the entire
Attach folder, Quicken will not try to back any of it up.

John,
Thanks for your reply.
There is no such folder as "attach" that I can find on my computer.

I found it.
The attachments are in a folder called "Attach" as you said. It is a
subdirectory of the backup directory. My assumption is that the Quicken data
is stored in the backup directory (QDF, QEL etc..) and the "attachments" are
stored in the [D]:Program FilesQuickenWBackupAttachQDataTxn..
directory. Each attachment is given an 8 digit name and under that there is
(are) the receipt files. So far mine are jpg. (Of course Quicken may be in a
different directory for you).
When I tried to scan a 2 page bill, it would only take one and I had to make
a second attachment. That is a bit annoying. I'll have to play with this.

Finding this "attach" folder will help me decide how to backup my files.
Thanks,
Craig
