In Q2005 when I backed up Quicken I would get the warning window about
overwriting files, now I am using Q2008 I don't get that warning. I
went to Quicken Preference and the check mark is in the box to warn me
about overwriting files but Quicken continues to place multiple backup
files on my flash drive. Is there a way to get Quicken to overwrite
the files on my flash drive?

Make sure you have not selected the backup option to suffix the
date to the backup file name (found in the Backup dialog).
