I should be able to set-up these Accounts for Express Web Connect. I have
two login's to each of these Bank based upon Taxpayer ID.

Bank of America - I have EWC set-up for two credit cards under ID 2 (Bank of
America - All Other). I can't get ID 1 set-up which contacts a checking,
savings and three credit cards (Bank of America - California). I recognized
my ID, does the additional security check, refuses to set-up and takes me to
the BA web site to do a Web Connect download.

Washington Mutual - I have EWC set-up for a checking account under ID 2. I
can get EWC set-up for a checking account for ID 1, but it fails to update
due to a Quicken error (239-A). If I keep ID 1 active, when I do EWC that
includes ID 2 - ID also fails to update.

I have had trouble with both of these accounts in the past. They were
deactivated because last week all of my EWC failed for three days. These
are the only two with monthly activity that I can't get set-up. They have
worked in the past - but I have had continued problems since 8/06 with them
working in a consistent manner.

Any ideas?

In response to my question about direct connect I received this:
"You can contact us at 1.800.933.6262 option 5 will get you with a
Quicken specialist." as part of my reply.
I haven't called yet, but maybe they can help us both.

My BoA and WaMu credit cards are downloading via EWC w/o problems.
What I have had to do in the past is the following.

1) Deactivate ALL accounts for downloading.
2) Open Quicken.
3) Open a full-browser, OUTSIDE of Quicken.
4) Establish a Web Connect.
5) THEN, within Quicken, activate EWC.

HTH,
Bob
