This looks like a memory conflict.
You might not have made any changes to your PC but there are software
updates applied all the time that could cause this problem. The the Dec 11
windows update is causing problems for some users.
2 suggestions:
1. do a system restore back to a time prior to the first occurance of this
problem.
2. Disable all unnecessary programs (spyware, A/V, firewall, etc) in the
start up screen in msconfig and see if one of them is the culprit. I had a
similar issue last year with another program and it turned out that the
latest update to Spysweeper was to blame.
