There are several investment transactions that are not clear to me as to how
to handle them. Mainly they are recording of accrued interest when buying
and selling a corporate bond. Also, when I record a return of principal it
shows up as an uncategorized item. Can anyone help?

I'm certain someone can help. Tell us the transactions you are having trouble
with, and what results you are getting vs what you expect. Also, when you say
return of principal, do you mean return of capital, and if so, why do you want
this to be categorized?
