John, thanks for "known problem" information. It may be
possible that the last time I tried to print an envelope was before
I upgraded to 2007 sometime last year.
I did not try your File>Print Register suggestion, but I did try
a Print>List from inside the Address Book and that worked fine.
I didn't see a way to print envelopes to a pdf file -- the print
envelopes path doesn't progress far enough to give me any
printer choices.
Fortunately this isn't a big deal for me. Still, it seems like a
pretty basic function to not be quickly fixed by Intuit.
