Canadian Quotes into Quicken XG not working again

Canadian stock and mutual fund quotes have stopped downloading again.
They freeze the program at 98% complete as of tonight. This is the
same problem as last week.

I had the same problem this morning. But this afternoon the Canadian
prices are coming through and the US are not. :-(

On Jan 1, I had to download my quotes a second time - the first time
about half of them did not download - the second download got them all
successfully (63 out of 64 quotes were successful).

On another smaller account, Q2007 messed up like it did last summer with
the 10X size (Decimal point shift). A second download attempt corrected
the problem.

THe entire quote download procedures still seem rather flaky and
unreliable - have to keep a very close watch each time I download
