Cannot Access Securities Within an Account - Help Please ! BobLeavitt 04-24-2006

Did the forced upgrade a couple of days ago - Qkn 2003 to 2006. =
Everything seems to work ok and all history seems to have come across =
okay EXCEPT -

I have several investment accounts. In one of them I have 3 securities. =
However, I can only access security A. If I wish to record income for =
security B, I cannot. In the Transactions screen, if I click on "Enter =
Transactions', the 'Security Name' box shows security A and it is =
grayed out, so I cannot change it. It is as if this account is "locked" =
somehow.

Another peculiar aspect of this is that on the Transactions screen / =
Transaction List, in the Security column, the only security shown is =
security A, regardless of the fact that income was recorded (in Qkn =
2003) against all 3 securities. But if I run a an Investment Income =
Report, the income is reported against the correct security.

All of my other investment accounts seem to be okay (but I am going to =
do some more checking.

I have run a validation to no avail. Am running WinXP SP2 on a POD =
(plain ol' Dell).

Will appreciate any suggestions/comments.

Thanks, Robert

Check the Account Attributes pane on the Summary tab of the
Account for the field, "Single Mutual Fund?". If it says "Yes",
click on "Yes".
