I just sent an email off to Hewitt asking if their servers are down.
They say they will respond within 24 hours. I post the response when
I have it.

Here's the response from Hewitt:

"Hello from Your Benefits Resources (TM).

We are facing some server issue. It will be corrected tonite. So you
will be able to download if you try tomorrow.
Thank you for using Your Benefits Resources."

So it is a problem on Hewitt's end. Hopefully this will help others
that my also be using Hewitt.

Just a quick note to people that when my large company also moved to
Fidelity from Hewitt, the beneficiaries on my (and everyone else's!) 401K
account did NOT go over, and we all have to re-enter that election data.
Check to make sure your beneficiary elections are still up to date!

Please note that if your large company is IBM, your beneficiary
information DID move over to Fidelity, it's just (unfortunately) not
viewable on the Fidelity website. Check the News Home site on w3 under
the Q&A for the 401(k) Plus for more on this.

Gee, what a guess Donna! If I was an IBMer, I bet I'd post this information
Monday on the internal
website (that used to be on IBMPC disk) that deals with Quicken issues for
IBMers...but that's only IF I was an IBMer :-)
