I use Quicken 2007 Deluxe and I want to change my Customer ID in the
"Account Details" box, but it's grayed out. I have changed my Login ID at
my bank and I want to change my Customer ID in Quicken so my on-line updates
from my bank will take place. How can I do it?

v/r,
Don

Try "Change Online Services > Remove from One Step Update" (on
the Overview tab). Backup first.

[If you have downloaded transactions waiting to be processed or
payments to send; process them first.]
