PFM Service Fees

In addition to any other fees set forth in the Agreement, there is a monthly
service fee ("PFM Service Fee") for customers who subscribe to the PFM
Service, except as otherwise noted below. You authorize us to deduct the PFM
Service Fee each month, from the eligible personal or business checking
account or asset management account you designate as your Primary Account.

If you were enrolled in the PFM Service via the Online Service prior to
August 27, 2005, the PFM Service Fee in effect for you prior to August 27,
2005 continues to apply. If you subscribed to the PFM Service via the Online
Service on or after August 27, 2005, the PFM Service Fee is $9.95 each
month, except as otherwise noted below. If you accessed BankOne.com via your
PFM Software prior to March 26, 2006, your PFM Service Fees as of such date
(if any) will continue to apply unless you were a QuickBooks® business user,
in which case, your PFM Service Fee will be $9.95. There is no monthly
service fee for use of the PFM Service by customers who only have a credit
card account with us. The PFM Service Fee will be waived for Private Client
Services and Private Banking customers. If you designate one of the
following accounts as your Primary Account, the PFM Service Fee is $6.95
each month.

Premier Platinum Asset Management Account
Premier Platinum Checking
Premier Platinum Checking with Interest

Note that if you have one of the accounts listed above but do not designate
it as your Primary Account, the PFM Service Fee of $9.95 will apply. Refer
to your account statement to confirm the name(s) of your account(s).

The PFM Service Fee is in addition to any regular transaction fees that may
be in effect for your account(s). However, if your Primary Account is either
a Chase Basic Checking or Chase College Checking account, the monthly Bill
Payment Service fee of $4.95 will be waived during your enrollment in the
PFM Service. The Bill Payment Service fee will resume upon cancellation of
the PFM Service unless (i) you also cancel the Bill Payment Service or (ii)
your Primary Account is a Chase College Checking account linked to an
eligible parent account (any Chase checking account other than Basic
Banking, College Checking or High School Checking). If there are
insufficient funds in your Primary Account, you authorize us to charge any
other account of yours with us in order to pay such fees and charges.
