ok... DUH - I called Chase support -
and it appears there is a toggle/activate on the Customer Service screen
that basically turns ON the Quicken download update capability.... a
security feature.
So - clicked it on, and now it works...
Guess it was so long ago when I setup the other ID, I didn't even recall
that function,
but "logic" said there had to be something blocking the Quicken download
update access.
