The two options now are
Intuit Quicken Web Connect QFX
Quicken QIF
Today the download worked using Web Connect. Previously I had tried both
with the same result.
Thanks for you response anyhow. Curious that nobody else seems to have
noticed or commented on the two choices. in fact there are more if you use
Quick Books.

These options appear when you do a manual update either from Quicken or from
the Chase site. I do not have Chase set up on the One-Step Update.

yup - you forgot to mention that very important and basic topic - using
website & Web Connect -

I have my personal Chase accounts all setup for the usual auto Quicken
download.
However, I have not setup my small biz Chase account for auto download - it
costs extra -
and just did a download from the Chase website... the account activity
page -
and yup, the download options dropdown list has about 6 different file
formats.

Not so curious considering that your original post never mentioned you were
having issues with you financial institutions WEBSITE. To be specific, you
stated that "the program has two options for Quicken programs" and that you
'Tried calling the Quicken" to solve it.

I'm glad your download works for you now.
