Checking Account Display

When credits are entered into the checking account, they are duly posted and
the account balance is correct. However, the Credits are not shown in the
account display -- only the debits. Any suggestions?

What version of Quicken? And what is the "account display"? Is
that the account "Register" (tab)?

By "credits", do you mean "Payments"? Do you have the register
sorted by "Payment" amount? (Look in the register heading for a
column with an upside down triangle after the text that
identifies the column.) Clicking on a register heading will
sort the register on that column: click on the word "Date" in
the heading to sort the register by transaction date. (Other
sorts sequences are available in the register "View" menu.)
