This subject comes up every so often, so I took the liberty of creating a
new thread.
I have 5 personal Citi credit cards, 1 Hilton Visa Signature, 2 Business
MasterCards and 1 Business Visa.

I have never been able to activate download for more than 2 credit cards on
any given User ID.
So, what I do is to enroll all my cards under separate IDs, but only
activate 2 for download on any given ID.

IOW, I download from 3 personal IDs, 2 cards for the first 2 IDs and 1 for
the third one.
The Hilton Visa Signature is a separate download even though it's issued and
managed by Citi.

I download from 2 business IDs, once again, 2 cards for the first ID, and 1
for the second one.
Other people have reported being able to download more than 2 cards, but
I've had some of my Citi cards since 1984, and I have never been able to
accomplish that feat.

HTH,
Bob

Hi Bob!

I have had up to five download without a problem - AAdvantage MasterCard,
two Dividend Preferred and two World MasterCard's. The World MasterCard's
replaced the Dividend Preferred and are now inactive.

Regarding the Hilton HHonors, Citi only (to the best of my knowledge) has
qif and spreadsheet as options. Am I missing something?

Oilcan:

As I said, I've never been able to make more than 2 work, but others have.
As far as the Hilton Visa Signature, it has to be enrolled at a separate
site.
Once enrolled, you can use the same User ID to login at Citicards.
Direct Connect has worked fine for me since I first got the card two years
ago.

I just tried again to add the HHilton to my regular Citicard login, and got
this message:

Understand, I have a separate login also. But the only options for download
is qif or spreadsheet.
