Cleaning Up Online Banking Reconciliation

I have had to "Adjust Register" several times after my bank changed their
website.

Can I zero out all these descrepicies and adjust the beginning balance of my
checking account to make everything reconciled?

If so, how do I do this?

Probably delete them all and adjust.

I've done that. I think for a checking (non-investment) account in
Q2006 you simply go back to the opening balance and change it. As for
the reconciled adjustments, better to delete the transactions.
