Delete one or more memorized payees directly from the Memorized Payee List 1.. Choose Cash Flow menu > Memorized Payee List. 2.. Select the payee you want to delete. 3.. Click Delete, and then click OK to confirm the deletion. Have Quicken delete memorized payees that have not been used recently 1.. Choose Edit menu > Preferences > Quicken Program. 2.. In the left pane, click the Register tab. 3.. Select Remove memorized payees not used in last [x] months, and enter the number of months after which unused payees will be deleted.
