I am the treasurer of a volunteer organization. They just had a fund
raiser on Sunday. I am being pressured to produce a report showing how
much was made. I am able to do that but the problem is that all the
bills are not in yet and people will run with the Net amount shown
which is not correct.
My question, is there a way to add a comment to the report, hopefully
in bold letters, saying that there are missing expenses that will
modify the bottom line.
Thanks for the help.

Not from within Q.

You could print the report to PDF and either hand write or use Adobe to add
your footnote to the page.

Thanks, but I only have Adobe Reader. As far as I know I can not
modify a document with that,

Adobe reader won't work for you.

Here's one way to cheat: Create a word document that contains just your
footnote. Run that piece of paper through the printer and print your Q
report. This puts your report and footnote on the same page. Now use a copy
machine to make copies to distribute.

If you have to e-mail the report to the organization then use a scanner or
get a PDF editor/creator like CutePDF or Foxit Reader or Foxit Creator.

There are other ways to get that footnote on the same page as your printed
report. All depends on how much time and effort you want to spend doing
this.

The free Foxit Reader includes a typewriting tool.

Or export to the Clip Board and then paste into Word.
