Adobe reader won't work for you.
Here's one way to cheat: Create a word document that contains just your
footnote. Run that piece of paper through the printer and print your Q
report. This puts your report and footnote on the same page. Now use a copy
machine to make copies to distribute.
If you have to e-mail the report to the organization then use a scanner or
get a PDF editor/creator like CutePDF or Foxit Reader or Foxit Creator.
There are other ways to get that footnote on the same page as your printed
report. All depends on how much time and effort you want to spend doing
this.
