Now that V 2007 has been out and presumably updated a few times for
bug fixes, what do people feel about it's stability and accuracy? I'm
using version 6, and generally stay a year behind, just for safety's
sake. Heard lots of bad stuff about version 7 when people started
using it, and don't want to upgrade and get my records in a mess.

Any specific positives or negatives in features would also be
appreciated.

Thanks,

jo

Jo:

I've been using H&B 2007 since its release.
FWIW, I looked at my archives and see that I converted on 8/16/06 and made
the conversion "permanent" on 8/20/06.
I have not personally experienced any "show stoppers."
I REALLY like Express Web Connect, there WERE and still ARE many issues with
that feature.

Bob,

What is Express Web Connect and what kind of issues have cropped up
with the feature?

Thanks,

Jo:

Express Web Connect (EWC) is an enhancement to some financial institutions
that offer Web Connect.
Basically, those accounts can now be downloaded with One Step Update,
instead of going to the web sites and doing things manually.
Capital One, HSBC, U.S. Bank, Washington Mutual, and Wells Fargo work for
me.
Some sites with multi-factor authentication don't work well with EWC, that's
been the main problem.

I've found Q07 to be stable and have had zero problems since installing it.
