If what you say is true, it's certainly a bug, but why do you think
it's a *critical* one? Certainly $123.45 is more commonly seen than
$123.450, but they both describe exactly the same number of dollars
and cents. Especially since you also have the amount spelled out in
words, it's hard to imagine anyone getting confused by this.
